HR Executive

As a Human Resources Officer at our company, your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will be responsible for a variety of functions to ensure smooth functioning of the HR processes: - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. - Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. - Administer compensation and benefit plans. - Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. - Assist in performance management processes. - Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations. - Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in an HR role (typically 1-3 years minimum). - Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS or ATS). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Ability to handle data with confidentiality. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: - Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. - Experience in [industry, if applicable]. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
