We are looking for an HR Executive to assist our company’s recruiting, and employee performance programs. (IT Industry Background is only preferred) Experience: 1-2 Years Job Title: HR Executive Job Summary: The HR Executive plays a vital role in the human resources department by assisting in the development and implementation of various HR programs and policies. They provide support to both employees and management, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations within the organization. The HR Executive handles a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. (IT Knowledge is preferred) Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances, maintaining a fair and respectful work environment. Foster employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and activities to promote team building and a positive work culture. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Ensure performance-related documentation is accurately maintained and tracked. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies. HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans. Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary policy updates. Training and Development:Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs. Assist in the implementation of employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies. Facilitate employee training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in an HR role. (IT) Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office applications. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Your contributions will help attract, develop, and retain talented individuals within the organization while contributing to overall employee satisfaction and organizational success.
