Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory & Legal Compliance:

  • Apply for and renew statutory licenses such as:
    • Trade License
    • Labour License
    • Shops & Establishment License
    • FSSAI/Food License
    • Any state-specific permits
  • Track, monitor, and update renewal schedules for all licenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all statutory documents and compliance trackers.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports as per labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and agencies for compliance-related matters.
  • Assist in audits and provide documentation support as required.

2. Employee Documentation & Records Management:

  • Maintain employee master files, joining documents, and personal records.
  • Ensure proper documentation for onboarding, separations, and internal movements.
  • Update HRMIS/HR systems with employee data regularly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all HR documents.

3. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist the HR team in screening profiles and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview logistics.
  • Support onboarding formalities and documentation.

4. General HR Support:

  • Assist in HR operations and data management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance and labour laws.
  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with government departments and external agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in HR compliance, licensing, or documentation roles.
