HR Executive

As an HR Executive at N M Rood Designers on behalf of JSW Project, located at the JSW Site in Nagaur, Rajasthan, your role will involve managing day-to-day human resource activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining attendance and manpower records, handling onboarding and joining formalities, managing employee grievances, liaising with labour contractors, ensuring statutory compliance, assisting in audits, and providing daily HR reporting to the Head Office. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain attendance and manpower records - Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities - Manage site-level employee grievances and worker coordination - Liaise with labour contractors - Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.) - Assist in audits and client documentation - Provide daily HR reporting to Head Office Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field - 1-3 years of HR experience (preferably at construction/industrial project sites) - Knowledge of labour laws and HR documentation - Proficiency in MS Excel and communication skills - Willingness to stay at the project site In addition to the above responsibilities, you will benefit from accommodation and food provided by the company, exposure to reputed JSW project, and growth opportunities within the organization.
