Job Description

Experience: 0 - 3 years Location: Pune

We are seeking an HR Executive with 0–3 years of experience in the IT/software industry to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and Indian employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Complete pre-boarding documentation and facilitate smooth onboarding and induction.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, update HRMS, and manage all documentation related to the employee lifecycle.
  • Handle processes related to promotions, transfers, confirmations, exits, full & final settlements, and issuing relieving letters.
  • Draft, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee and office asset insurance policies, including renewals and claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance vendors for policy issuance, renewals, and claims settlement.

Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll, including salary revisions, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Manage salary structures, tax calculations, and generate payroll reports.

Employee Engagement

  • Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and support employee well-being.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.

Training & Performance Management

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Administer the performance appraisal process and maintain related records.

Audits & Administration

  • Ensure proper documentation for internal and external audits (QMS, ISMS, etc.).
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as issuing ID/visiting cards and managing office equipment and supplies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the IT/software sector.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Good understanding of Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HRMS systems.
  • Strong execution and organizational skills with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
