About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident HR Executive who can independently handle the complete HR department. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance — ensuring smooth functioning of all HR activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and attendance management system.
• Prepare HR letters such as offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, and experience letters.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support to all departments.
• Oversee leave management, shift tracking, and daily attendance reports.
• Coordinate payroll data and ensure timely submission to accounts.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of HR policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain discipline and handle performance-related communications.
• Act as the single point of contact for all HR operations and administration work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive (preferably as a single HR).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing all HR tasks independently.
• IT background only.
