Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely redressal.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
  • Manage HR operations including

    recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration

    .
  • Provide end-to-end employee support across their career journey within the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies to align with business goals.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    16 years in an HR Generalist / HR Operations role.
  • Qualification:

    Bachelors / Master’s in Human Resource Management (BBA/ BMS / MBA-HR or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee engagement, recruitment, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and corporate HR practices preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English).
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with management.
