Job Tile: HR Executive Location: Salem/ Erode branch Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Experience: 1-3 Years Languages Required: English, Tamil(Must), and Hindi (Good To Have) Industry: IT/ITES/BPO Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal databases. Coordinate and schedule interviews while managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Employee Engagement & Relations: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all data is up to date. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and address workplace concerns promptly. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions. HR Operations: Manage and update HRMS data and generate required reports. Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely submission of attendance and leave data. Handle HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, and other official correspondence. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies. Assist during audits and maintain organized documentation of employee files. Support the performance appraisal process and coordinate training activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT/ITES/BPO sector. Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil(Must), and Hindi(Good to Have). Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
