We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, focusing on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA graduate to build a strong foundation and grow their career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Administer the complete hiring process for new employees, background verification. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, both physical and in the HRMS. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and ensure data accuracy. Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant data (absences, new hires, separations). Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Coordinate the employee off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for separation and gather feedback. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events. Required Qualifications and Skills: Qualification: MBA with a specialization in Human Resources (HR). Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Core Knowledge: A solid understanding of fundamental HR functions and recruitment processes. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive, dynamic, and learning-oriented mindset.
