HR Executive – HR Operations (2–3 Years Experience)

🔹Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. The candidate should be detail-oriented, strong in coordination, and comfortable interacting with employees across levels.


🔹Key Responsibilities

HR Operations (Primary Role)

  • Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain HR records, databases, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
  • Handle employee queries, letters, and documentation requests.
  • Track attendance, leaves, confirmations, and probation reviews.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs.
  • Support exit formalities, F&F inputs, and clearance processes.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination when required.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support HR audits, compliance documentation, and preparation of HR reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in documentation and records.


🔹Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
  • Good Excel, documentation, and HRIS skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


🔹Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • MBA in HR preferred.
