We’re looking for a passionate and driven HR Executive / Manager to join our team and take charge of core HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement and beyond. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Plan and execute training programs, team-building activities, and performance reviews Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture Collaborate with department heads for strategic workforce planning Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of relevant HR experience Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities High level of discretion and a people-first approach Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Why Join SkyLan IT?
