Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the entire hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Performance Management: Conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans. Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll. HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring data security. Organizational Culture: Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work culture. Other Responsibilities: Overseeing HR budgets, conducting exit interviews, and managing workplace safety. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
