Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address HR-related requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR (internship experience can be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
