- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain an updated database of applicants and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct joining formalities and orientation programs for new employees.
- Foster a positive work culture and address employee grievances and concerns professionally.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and communication programs.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and exit interviews; analyze data for improvements.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Maintain training calendars and records, ensuring skill enhancement across departments.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, attendance reports, and monthly HR dashboards.
- Keep records of employee data, contracts, and HR documentation as per legal norms.
- Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and employee master data updates.
- Support the creation, revision, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all HR policies are communicated and followed across departments.
- Advise management on HR best practices and policy interpretations.
- Maintain and regularly update employee files and HR records (physical and digital).
- Manage internal communications, notices, and HR circulars.
- Coordinate with external vendors for health insurance, training, compliance audits, etc.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in core HR functions.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/HRIS systems preferred.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Initiative-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
