Digital Marketing Executive(Female)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media presence. Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, and website. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Female candidates preferred Proven working experience in digital marketing (1-2 years preferred). Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience in SEO, email marketing, social media, and/or paid advertising campaigns. Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
