About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to take charge of the entire digital presence and assets of our diverse and growing business portfolio. This role covers multiple business lines including:

Food & Beverage:
Mudde Saar our QSR brand specializing in military-style local cuisineBakery Brand a chain of locally inspired bakeries offering popular baked goods in a modern branded spaceBasil Hospitality Services — hospitality management and servicesMTR 1924 Restaurants — Michelin-recognized South Indian vegetarian restaurants in Kuala Lumpur & Bangkok

Printing & Packaging:
Tholasi Prints India — leading commercial printing and packaging solutions provider

Future Ventures: Any new brands or business verticals launched during your tenure

Your mission will be to strategize and execute the best possible reach, visibility, and engagement for all brands—building loyal online communities, driving conversions, and ensuring consistent, impactful brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Identity & ManagementYou will own and protect the brand DNA of each business line, ensuring visual, tonal, and strategic consistency across all digital channels.

a. Brand Consistency – Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive messaging, visual identity, and tone across platforms.

b. Brand Positioning – Translate business goals into clear brand narratives tailored for each target audience.

c. Asset Management – Maintain an organized library of brand assets, templates, and creative materials for efficient use.

d. Cross-Brand Alignment – Ensure all brands are represented according to their unique positioning while aligning with the overarching corporate ethos.

2. Marketing Management
Responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

a. Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop short- and long-term digital marketing strategies for each brand, aligning with seasonal, promotional, and long-term objectives.

b. Content Curation & Creation – Write, edit, and oversee high-quality, visually appealing, and on-brand content for all platforms.

c. Campaign Ideation & Management – Conceptualize and run campaigns (organic and paid) to promote products, services, events, and launches.

d. Community Development – Build and nurture an engaged online community for each brand, fostering two-way communication.

e. Digital Platforms Management – Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and performance on Google, social media channels, and other relevant platforms.

f. Map, Measure & Analyse Performance – Track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and audience insights; prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

g. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, design, and leadership teams to align marketing activities with operational priorities.

h. Trend Spotting & Research – Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and platform updates.

i. Innovation & Experimentation – Propose and test new marketing tactics, creative formats, and community engagement ideas.

j. Competitor Analysis – Monitor and report on competitor activities to inform strategy.

k. Budget Management – Plan, monitor, and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

l. Review Summarization & Escalation – Compile and analyze online reviews and feedback, directing them to operational teams for corrective or improvement actions.

Web – Websites, blogs, landing pages, SEO/SEM campaignsEmail – Newsletter campaigns, product launches, customer retention journeysSocial Media – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTokSearch & Display – Google Ads, retargeting, display ad networksThird-Party Listings & Platforms – Zomato, Swiggy, TripAdvisor, F&B review platforms, online ordering portalsMessaging & Community Apps – WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Line, WeChat (if applicable)

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with multi-brand exposureStrong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics toolsExcellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skillsKeen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detailAbility to balance creativity with analytical thinkingProficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platformsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesCollaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving

You will report to senior management, with monthly performance reviews based on:Brand visibility & reach metricsEngagement & community growthCampaign ROI and lead conversionsConsistency and quality of contentInnovation and proactive initiatives taken
