Performance Management: Conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans. Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll. HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring data security. Organizational Culture: Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work culture. Other Responsibilities: Overseeing HR budgets, conducting exit interviews, and managing workplace safety. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
