Job Description

An HR Executive oversees and directs all human resources functions within an organization, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and developing HR strategies aligned with company goals. They ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and contribute to a positive work environment. Essentially, they lead the HR department and handle all HR-related matters, from recruitment to policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. Employee Relations: Handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Performance Management: Assisting in performance reviews and development plans. Training and Development: Coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Compensation and Benefits: Managing salary structures and employee benefits packages. Employee Engagement: Implementing activities and programs to improve employee satisfaction and morale. HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases. Payroll Management: Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with regulations. Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the process for new and departing employees. Budget Management: Monitoring and analyzing department budgets. Leadership: Providing guidance and support to the HR team and managers. Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HR software and databases. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing a team. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
