Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and ensuring legal compliance across all HR functions. This role plays a key part in shaping a positive workplace culture and supporting business growth through effective people management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and employment standards. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Lead performance management processes and coordinate annual appraisals. Design and deliver training programs to support employee development. Manage compensation and benefits programs. Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management decision-making.
