We are a fast-growing food & beverage startup focused on innovation, quality, and rapid scalability. Our success depends on building a high-performance team, and we are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can help us hire, manage, and retain top talent.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Rapidly hire and onboard skilled employees to match the company’s fast growth.

Develop hiring strategies, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.

Work with department heads to understand hiring needs.

2. Employee Engagement & Performance Management

Implement an employee performance tracking system with clear KPIs.

Drive a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure motivation and productivity.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain HR records, payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

Develop and communicate HR policies that align with business goals.

Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

4. Training & Development

Create learning and development programs to upskill employees.

Foster a growth mindset within the team.

5. Culture & Organizational Development

Build a positive and transparent work culture.

Act as a trusted advisor to employees while maintaining professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 2-5 years in HR generalist roles, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or startups.

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology.

Technical Skills: HRMS tools, payroll management, labor laws, recruitment strategies.

Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, adaptability, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Mindset: Growth-oriented, accountable, and resilient in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
