Job Description

Job Title: Assistant HR Manager Location: Poovanthi, Madurai Experience: 5–6 years in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor a HR team, ensuring effective task distribution, high morale, and skill growth Full-Cycle Talent Management Drive recruitment and onboarding, align hiring with business objectives, and ensure smooth integration of new hires . Employee Relations & Culture Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers; handle grievances, coach managers, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace. Policy, Compliance & HR Operations Develop, update, and enforce HR policies; ensure adherence to labour laws and company standards . Performance & Development Support performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and roll out development initiatives . HR Analytics & Reporting Maintain HR records, generate monthly/quarterly HR reports, and utilize data to suggest process improvements . Required Qualifications Education: MBA HR or MSW HRM Experience: 5–6 years in HR, including leading HR initiatives and/or supervising team members Essential Skills & Competencies Proven leadership and people-management abilities Excellent communication , interpersonal , and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational , analytical , and time-management capabilities Deep understanding of labor laws , HR best practices, and compliance Proficient with HRIS/ATS , the full Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with data-driven decision-making What Sets You Apart Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects (e.g., onboarding overhaul, policy rollouts, performance review redesign) Coaching or training experience with proven impact on team performance or employee engagement Experience with compliance in fast-paced or regulated sectors, ensuring audit-readiness and adherence to labor standards Why Join Us?
