HR Executive (Generalist)

HR Executive with 2 years plus experience as HR generalist. Will play a key role in overseeing and managing HR operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices, and supporting the organization's strategic HR goals. This individual will lead recruitment efforts, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
• Manage and resolve conflicts, complaints, or workplace disputes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement.
• Support managers and employees with performance feedback and disciplinary actions.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
• Oversee payroll processing and resolve any compensation-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgeting for HR-related expenses.
• Compliance and Legal:
• Manage the proper documentation for compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare reports for government compliance audits.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
