HR Executive (Generalist)

As an HR Executive (Generalist) for warehouse operations, your role will involve managing end-to-end HR activities to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes, compliance, employee engagement, and manpower availability in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff including pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors, etc. - Coordinate with agencies/vendors for manpower hiring. - Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new employees. - Maintain employee attendance records (biometric/manual). - Handle salary-related queries and resolve discrepancies. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention. - Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure safe and healthy working conditions as per labour laws. - Track and review employee performance regularly. - Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions. - Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and exit formalities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). - 0.5-2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in warehouse/logistics/supply chain sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
