Key Responsibilities: Employee Records Management: Maintain and update physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts, leave applications, and performance evaluations. resources.workable. HR Reporting: Prepare reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment statistics, and training outcomes. Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
