Job Overview: The Apple Technician is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service for Apple products including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple devices. This role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, providing guidance to customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The technician must stay updated with the latest Apple technologies and service protocols. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Apple devices. Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to explain technical issues and solutions. Ensure customers are informed about the status and progress of their repairs. Execute repairs and replacements of Apple device components such as screens, batteries, logic boards, and other parts. Stay updated with the latest Apple products, services, and repair techniques. Document all service and repair activities accurately in the service management system. Provide detailed reports and summaries of issues and repairs for future reference. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
