Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team at Triangles Sports. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, documentation, and performance support. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-focused, and passionate about building a strong workplace culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

• Create and post job vacancies on employment portals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities

Employee Relations

• Maintain a positive and supportive work environment
• Address employee queries and concerns
• Assist in employee engagement activities

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance and leave tracking
• Support payroll preparation (if applicable)
• Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance

Performance & Training

• Support performance review activities
• Assist in planning training sessions and skill-building programs

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR policies & practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Strong organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (optional)

Salary
