HR Executive (Generalist)

Mathnix Edge is expanding and is currently looking for a talented HR Executive to join its team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Focus on hiring talent for affiliate marketing roles, while also handling hiring for other departments. - Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. - Assist in on-boarding, induction, and training programs. - Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs. - Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. **Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven HR experience. - Prior experience in hiring for affiliate marketing or digital marketing roles is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to think creatively and produce innovative HR solutions. - The candidate must be based in Lucknow.
