AV Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering and project management company specializing in mechanical, automation, and electrical solutions. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage employee records, onboarding, and daily HR operations.

Job Description:

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling employee management, documentation, recruitment coordination, and HR administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records and personal files
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
• Handle recruitment support – job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
• Support employee onboarding and induction processes
• Address employee queries and ensure good communication within teams
• Assist management in HR reporting and compliance tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or employee handling
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of HR documentation and payroll support preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority

Salary:

Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
