HR Executive (Generalist)

Job Title: HR Executive (On-Site, Mumbai Office)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site only)

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a committed HR Executive for our Mumbai office. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations in-person. This role requires prior HR experience and the ability to coordinate effectively with management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate shortlisting
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR files
• Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance
• Draft appointment letters, HR policies, and other documentation
• Address employee queries and help maintain a positive workplace culture

Requirements

• Graduate (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to handle HR operations independently on-site
