Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing e-commerce business. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll support. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth employee experience while aligning HR practices with business objectives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management in collaboration with the accounts/finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company regulations.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to address HR needs that support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
