HR Executive (Cloud kitchens /* QSR/Catering*)
Only candidates with strong F&B background and experience should apply
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Ensure staffing levels meet the operational needs of the restaurant and catering services.
Develop and maintain an effective talent pipeline.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Conduct regular staff meetings and feedback sessions.
3. Training & Development
Implement training programs for kitchen staff, servers, and management.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
Support career growth through skill development programs.
4. Performance Management
Establish KPIs for staff performance and conduct regular evaluations.
Provide constructive feedback and performance improvement plans.
Recognize and reward outstanding employees.
5. Compliance & Labor Laws
Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety, and health regulations.
Maintain records related to work permits, payroll, and employee benefits.
Handle workplace audits and inspections.
6. Payroll & Compensation
Manage employee payroll, benefits, and incentives.
Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with tax regulations.
Develop competitive compensation structures to retain talent.
7. Workforce Planning & Scheduling
Create and manage shift schedules to optimize efficiency.
Ensure adequate staff availability during peak hours and special events.
Address absenteeism and workforce shortages proactively.
8. Workplace Health & Safety
Enforce hygiene and food safety protocols in compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular health and safety training sessions.
Investigate workplace incidents and implement preventive measures.
9. Culture & Employee Well-being
Promote a strong work culture aligned with the restaurant’s values.
Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.
Ensure employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rates.
10. Administrative & Reporting Duties
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports for management on staff performance and workforce trends.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements and Skills:
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
· MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management (preferred).
· Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CIPD can be an added advantage.
· Min. experience of 3 years + in HR functions
· Proficiency in various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, etc).
· Strong problem-solving skills.
