Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team at a leading food ingredient manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring effective human resource management within the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Conduct employee onboarding and training programs to facilitate new hire integration.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Support employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Coordinate and manage payroll and benefits administration.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
