Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and space planning based on client requirements
• Prepare 2D drawings and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD
• Create 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp / other software
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution
• Monitor design implementation on site and resolve technical design issues
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation
• Conduct design presentations and revisions as per client feedback
• Ensure project timelines, design quality, and brand standards are maintained

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of interior design standards and finishes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (V-Ray/Enscape is a plus)
• Good understanding of detailing, materials, and construction processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: 57 years in interior design (commercial / fit-out projects)
• Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
