Description

We are seeking an experienced AGM / Head Sales Commercial Vehicle to lead our sales efforts in the commercial vehicle sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven record in sales management, capable of driving growth and establishing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for commercial vehicles.
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Skills and Qualifications

15-25 years of experience in sales management within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
