We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of end-to-end HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Assist in performance management, appraisals, and feedback systems.
• Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, professional tax, and labor laws.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical HR practices at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (manufacturing/startup experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Workspace.
• Hands-on knowledge of HRMS or payroll software preferred.
