Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: CBD belapur

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA or equivalent

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally Accounting, GST filing, and TDS compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns with the help of our C.A
Reconciliation of GST input/output monthly/Quarterly.
Working knowledge of TDS – deduction, payment, and return filing.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Maintain records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Assist in finalization of accounts and support during audits.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management for accounting queries.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9.
Working knowledge of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS provisions.
Basic understanding of MS Excel and Word.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
