Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition (Real Estate)

Department: Human Resources

Job Summary

The HR Executive – Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate business functions, including sales, channel partners, CRM, and corporate roles. The role focuses on executing hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for real estate roles such as Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM and Support Functions.

Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning, project timelines, and hiring priorities.

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, field hiring, referrals, walk-ins, and vendor coordination.

Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and bulk hiring (sales & site roles).

Support employer branding initiatives specific to the real estate market.

Coordinate with hiring managers, Digital Marketing and sales leaders.

Ensure smooth interview scheduling, offer management, and joining follow-ups.

Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.

Compliance & Process Management

Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and ATS records.

Ensure hiring aligns with company policies.

Support background verification and documentation processes.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance.

Share market insights on real estate salary trends, competitor hiring, and attrition.

Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in real estate hiring (Sales, Site, Channel Sales preferred)

Knowledge of bulk and lateral hiring strategies

Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

1–3 years of talent acquisition experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
