We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) Maintain employee records and HR documentation Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Coordinate training and development programs Assist in performance appraisal processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of HR experience (internship or full-time) Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/05/2025
