Event Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Intern to support our team in planning, organizing, and executing events. This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event management and is ideal for someone passionate about the industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics Support onsite event execution including setup, registration, and client servicing Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members Help with administrative tasks like maintaining schedules, updating event checklists, and preparing materials Contribute creative ideas for event themes, décor, and engagement Conduct research and prepare presentations as required Support post-event evaluations and reporting Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Passion for events and a positive attitude Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 2 months Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
