Job Description

What You’ll Do

Assist in the planning and on-ground execution of corporate events, brand activations, and social experiences.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and clients to ensure seamless event logistics.
Support the team in event setup, registration, and guest management.
Create and manage event documentation — checklists, reports, and feedback summaries.
Work closely with the creative and social media team to capture event moments and create engaging content (photos, reels, and stories).
Research venues, suppliers, and entertainment options to contribute fresh ideas for upcoming projects.
Provide on-site event support, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
Passion for events, creativity, and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of social media and content creation is a plus.
Available to work on weekends during events (when required).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
