Job Description As an Event Intern for a Bengaluru-based company, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and coordinating events. Your role will involve engaging with clients, promoting event services, and supporting the event marketing and sales team. Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth execution, maintaining communication with vendors and participants, and completing tasks remotely as per project requirements are key aspects of this part-time hybrid role. Key Responsibilities - Engage with clients and stakeholders effectively using strong Customer Service and Communication skills. - Support successful project delivery and promotion by utilizing knowledge and experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing. - Contribute to lead generation and client acquisition efforts by applying a basic understanding of Sales processes. - Handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment with Teamwork, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. - Utilize familiarity with the events industry or related coursework to enhance your contributions.
