Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
  
• Conduct background verifications and ensure compliance with company policies.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities for new hires and manage leave management.
  
• Ensure accurate attendance tracking and maintain EPF records.
  
• Provide support in talent acquisition by identifying potential candidates.

• Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee documentation
  
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
  
• Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, EPF/ESIC, and statutory compliance
  
• Prepare HR letters, policies, and MIS reports
  
• Manage intern programs and employee records
  
• Act as a point of contact between employees and management
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field

• 3-8 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, payroll, or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of HR operations, coordination, documentation, communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in managing people-management tasks such as onboarding, joining formalities, leave management.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and documentation
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email handling
  
• Detail-oriented with high confidentiality standards
