Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage intern hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Support training and development programs for employees.
  • Address and resolve basic employee grievances in coordination with senior HR.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
