Role & responsibilities Recruitment and on-boarding Recruitment of team members and store managers, sourcing and first level interviewing and ensuring manpower requirements of all stores in the region are fulfilled Keeping the Regional Talent Acquisition needs, build a strong pipeline of talent. Ensure proper Onboarding and Joining Formalities are completed including Employee Creation in HRIS Induction of New Joinee as per the schedule. Maintaining Employee personal files, Data updation of New joinee & Existing Employee Create various sources of hiring like institutes, training centers, contingent workforce, search firms, job posting agencies, temporary staffing agencies etc. Preferred candidate profile Must have experience in Blue collar hiring Should be from QSR Industry Must be comfortable for the Travelling
