Job Summary:
PUNO is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and payroll processing. Familiarity with HRMS software, specifically KEKA will be a plus. The HR Executive will play a key role in enhancing our employee experience and supporting the HR department in day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations:Manage and maintain employee records using KEKA HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation of new hires.Coordinate exit formalities and process full and final settlements.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.Payroll and Attendance Management:Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll processing using KEKA HRMS.Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and other HR policies.Employee Engagement & Relations:Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.Assist in resolving employee grievances and provide support in maintaining a positive work environment.HR Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.Key Skills Required:Experience with HRMS software, preferably KEKA.Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance management, and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.Experience with KEKA HRMS is preferred
