Nagar, Chennai Salary: ₹40,000 per month Age Requirement: 30 – 35 years Experience: Minimum 5 years and above in HR field Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ---  Job Summary CH Associates is looking for an experienced and result-oriented *HR Executive (Male)* to oversee complete HR operations. The role requires strong knowledge of HR functions, compliance, employee engagement, and the ability to support organizational growth. ---  Key Responsibilities * End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. * Employee database management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. * Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. * Handling performance management and employee appraisals. * Managing employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities. * Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. * Assisting management with workforce planning and HR strategies. ---  Qualifications * Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) or related field. * Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR roles. ---  Skills Required * Excellent knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office. * Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. * High level of integrity and confidentiality. --- 📩 Interested candidates can apply by contacting: Kavya – 8925035769
