We are now looking for a *dynamic and experienced Sales Manager* to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. ---  Key Responsibilities * Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Plan and execute effective sales strategies for property sales and marketing campaigns. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. * Conduct property site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals. * Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management. * Ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales executives, and management. * Uphold the company’s brand reputation and maintain high service standards.
