Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil (Full Time) 📍 Location: Crystal Homes 💼 Experience: 3 to 4 Years 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time 🏢 Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure/ Layout development Job Description: Crystal Homes is hiring an experienced Civil Site Engineer (Male) with a BE in Civil Engineering to manage on-site construction execution. The ideal candidate must have 3–4 years of relevant experience in site supervision, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage labour, materials, and coordination with project teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site development , Maintenance & construction work Maintain daily work reports, material usage logs, and labor records Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards Manage site materials, tools, and equipment Attend regular site meetings and report progress to Project Manager Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns appropriately Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques and structural drawings Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and MS Office Strong communication and site coordination skills Knowledge of labor management, safety protocols, and QA/QC procedures Ability to work independently and manage site pressure Qualification: Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering (Full-Time) Experience: 3 to 4 years in civil site execution/supervision Other Details: Working Days: 6  Preferred Joining: Immediate or within 10 days Gender: Male Candidates Preferred
