HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to support our HR department in managing key human resource functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Employee Records & HR Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist with payroll processing and attendance management.
• Employee Engagement & Relations:
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Performance Management:
• Coordinate the performance appraisal process and follow up on review submissions.
• Support in goal-setting and employee development activities.
• Training & Development:
• Help organize training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
• Maintain records of training attendance and feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Familiarity with HRMS or HRIS systems is a plus.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Laptop Mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
