Job Title: HR Executive – IT Recruitment (Sales Hiring Focus) Location: 8B , Sector 74 , Mohali Company: Bringletech Private Limited Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1.5 – 4 years in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring BDMs and BDEs About Bringletech Private Limited: Bringletech is a fast-growing IT solutions provider, specializing in cutting-edge software development, digital transformation, and technology consulting. We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Executive to lead recruitment efforts, especially for our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) within the IT industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT sales roles (BDMs and BDEs). Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals. Conduct screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations focused on sales and IT acumen. Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and offer rollouts. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Support onboarding and employee engagement activities as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1.5 – 4years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven success in hiring sales professionals. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Experience using recruitment tools like ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals. Strong understanding of sales hiring dynamics in the tech industry. Nice to Have: Experience hiring for international sales or SaaS Products / IT services. Familiarity with modern recruitment strategies and behavioral interviews.
