Job Title: HR Executive – IT Recruitment (Sales Hiring Focus)

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Executive to lead recruitment efforts, especially for our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT sales roles (BDMs and BDEs).
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations focused on sales and IT acumen.
• Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1.5 – 4years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven success in hiring sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using recruitment tools like ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Strong understanding of sales hiring dynamics in the tech industry.

Nice to Have:

• Experience hiring for international sales or SaaS Products / IT services.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment strategies and behavioral interviews.
